1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jlbet platform and all its services. When you use the jlbet website or mobile application, these terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jlbet.

2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, jlbet reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit any balance held in them.

jlbet may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Protection of Minors

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Payment Rules

• The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number provided during account registration.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — all transactions must be made from the user's own account.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, jlbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jlbet offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will be treated as fraud.
• jlbet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If suspicious betting patterns are found on any bonus offer, jlbet may cancel the bonus and any related winnings.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jlbet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses.

Example: A Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 as cashback. Specific conditions apply to receiving cashback, and jlbet reserves the right to change them.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, jlbet reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the stake in the event of a technical error or data discrepancy.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with jlbet's rules. Odds in live betting may change at any time.

6.2 Casino Games

jlbet offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

jlbet may set a maximum win limit per session for certain games or betting events. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server disconnection, network problems, or any other technical reason, jlbet will attempt to cancel that session and return the stake. However, jlbet will not accept liability for any losses in such situations.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Conducting any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorization.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Creating deliberate betting patterns with the intention of abusing bonuses.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Creating accounts with false information or assisting others to do so.

If jlbet considers any user's activity suspicious, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is complete.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may request to close their account at any time. Upon request, the jlbet support team will complete the process. Any pending withdrawals should be settled before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jlbet

jlbet may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If false identity or information is proven.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If an attempt at bonus fraud is detected.
• Extended inactivity (more than 365 days).

Before permanent closure, the user will generally be given an opportunity to explain, but in cases of serious violations, immediate action may also be taken.
